Pastor Uses bleach and soap to wash away the sins of his congregation in Abeokuta

This happened in Abeokuta, Nigeria where the pastor washed the sins of his congregation with soap detergent, bleach and water.
Remeber the other one in South Africa who makes his congregation eat grass and drink fuel.
Shouldnt some of this stuff be banned??
