Former Governor of Jigawa State Sule Lamido and his two sons were yesterday asked by a Federal High court sitting in Kano to be remanded in Prison till the next court sitting which will be September 28 about 2months plus.
According to the Source, as the court rose, the Deputy Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court, Mr Solomon Akpedah ushered him and his two sons into a waiting van which will take them to the Kano central prison, the former Governor then exclaimed:

“You mean I am now a prisoner”? The Deputy Chief Registrar who was kind, however tried to calm him down saying “No Sir, you are not a prisoner”, as they were all made to enter the van.Obviously, the ex governor didn't see this coming so he was shocked when the pronouncement was made. Lolxx!!
