Breaking News: Russian Opposition Leader Shot Dead

 Boris Nemtsov, a Russian opposition politician and former deputy prime minister, has been shot dead in central Moscow late Friday night.
In a recent interview to Russia's Sobesednik news website, Mr Nemtsov had expressed fears for his own life because of his opposition to the war in Ukraine.
"I'm afraid Putin will kill me,"
He said in the article (in Russian) on 10 February.
Nemtsov, 55, an outspoken critic of President Vladimir Putin, had been due to take part on Sunday in the first big opposition protest in months in the Russian capital before he was shot dead four times this night.
Mr Nemtsov was shot at around 23:40 (20:40 GMT) on Friday while crossing Bolshoy Kamenny Bridge accompanied by a woman, Russia's interior ministry said.
He was shot with a pistol from a white car which fled the scene, a police source told Russia's Interfax news agency.
