He was assassinated at the MRS filling station, Ugwu-Orji along Okigwe rd , Hon.Onyekele was the Commissioner to the House of Assembly Service Commission, an indigene of Ihitte Uboma, Onyekele  also served as a  Local government Chairman during the Ohakim administration!!

May his sould Rest in perfect Peace, Amen!!!
