Jonathan Congratulates Buhari

Though the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is yet to declare the winner in the election as collation and announcement of results from the states are still ongoing, Nigeria’s President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, has reportedly called General Muhammadu Buhari to congratulate him on his “victory” in the presidential election.
