A woman believed to be mentally unstable have been spotted stranded with a baby opposite Federal Palace Hotel, on Ahmadu Bello Way, Lagos for quite a while now.

According to reports (LIB)
this child's sex cannot be confirmed but looks newly born while the woman probably not aware of her actions is exposes this baby to all forms of weather conditions, day and night.

They fear that the child might not survive these harsh exposure if this continues.

So here's calling on the relevant government agencies or those in charge of social welfare, child services or even appropriate NGOs to please respond on time in order to save both the mother and child whose currently have no place to lay their head!!
