President Buhari has sworn-in Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita as the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation. Ms Oyo-Ita who has been acting in that capacity for sometime now was made substantive Head of Service today January 6th, Federal Executive Council meeting at the state house Abuja.
