Breaking: EFCC Arrest Diezani's Husband in Abuja

According to a report on Sahara Reporters,the husband to former petroleum minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, Mr. Amaechina Madueke is said to have been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Mr Madueke reportedly was arraigned this morning by the operatives of the anti-graft agency for laundering over $600,000 via his personal accounts.

“Mr. Madueke was arrested this morning in Abuja and released on administrative bail.” - An EFCC source said

The agency also confiscated Mr. Madueke’s passport and placed him under caution.
