Buhari Appoints Dakuku Peterside, NIMASA DG

The Federal Government has approved the appointment of Rivers state APC governorship candidate, Dr. Dakuku Peterside, as the new Director General of the Nigerian Maritime administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
The appointment of Dr. Peterside a former member, House of Representative from 2011 to 2015 takes immediate effect and was contained in a statement released by Yetunde Sonaike, director of public relations in the ministry of transportation.
NIMASA is a federal parastatal  overseen by the Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi.
