This man was caught this today,March 20th, trying to steal a car in front of Lozumba commercial complex area 10, Garki, Abuja, behind the popular UTC complex at around 10.25am.
The plaza security said he acted like he was answering a call while using a master key to unlock the car. They chased and caught him and beat him up until Police from UTC came and took him away.
