Tom Cruise Lists Massive L.A. Compound for $13 Million Amid Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx Dating Rumors

E! News can confirm that the actor is selling his stunning Hollywood Hills home for a cool $12.995 million.
The grounds feature a main house and guest house, lagoon heated pool, spa, waterfall, wine cellar, breathtaking city views and much, much more.
The listing comes just a few months after he listed his Colorado ranch on the market for a whopping $59 million.
Located minutes from the picturesque town of Telluride, the ranch estate boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a library, entertainment center, recreation room and a gym.
Cruise spoke to Oprah Winfrey about why he decided to purchase the Colorado hideaway back in 2008, saying, "I looked all over America. And then I just looked at this view."
So you may be thinking to yourself, where in the heck is the Mission Impossible star living?!
Well, when he's not filming the upcoming fifth installment in the hit action movie franchise in London, he gets some much needed R&R at his Beverly Hills mansion that he used to share with Katie Holmes.
Katie Holmes, the brunette actress landed in headlines this week over her purported secret relationship with other than Jamie Foxx, which report claims the duo has "been hooking up on the DL" for the past year and a half.
And despite the recent rumor mill going into overdrive over the possible new couple, Cruise appears to be living it up Across the Pond with pals David Beckham and even his ex Penélope Cruz.
Foxx's rep has declined to comment on the speculation, while Katie's have not either!!
