 Coodinating Minister of the Economy and Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was photographed this morning laughing and talking with APC leaders Senator Kabiru Gaya and Kano state Governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso. Also in the picture is the current minister of Education, Ibrahim Shekarau.
