Well, the Anambra State Police Command has dismissed the report.
In an interview with journalists this morning, the Police Public Relations Officer(PPRO), Uche Eze said;
“There was nothing like that. I advice you ignore the report.”
“According to the report, suspicious residents told police of rumors that the restaurant was cooking human meat for customers. Police then raided the restaurant, where they discovered fresh human heads that were still bleeding. The blood was in the process of being drained into a plastic bag.
The report also noted that "in addition to the illegal meat, authorities discovered automatic weapons, grenades, and cell phones. Ten people were arrested in conjunction with the crimes.”
A source from the state Ministry of Information who pleaded for anonymity suspected it might be part of the big smear campaign against the South East zone in the political circle in the country.
