'Am not afraid of NDLEA' - Davido

Davido has finally reacted to the impending investigation of his controversial ‘Fans Mi video’ by the NDLEA over what it termed inappropriate promotion of narcotics, a banned and illegal substance.


The Director of Public Affairs of the NDLEA, Mitchell Ofoyeju, had recently explained that the body has set up an investigative panel.

‘I am aware that a panel is working on it (the video). The panel was set up soon after the video was released few weeks ago. When our attention was drawn to it, we viewed it and we discovered that it was improper. There is no moral lesson in it and he was just advertising drug trafficking.

But Davido in an exclusive interview with Vanguard before the Just concluded MAMA awards kicked off, said;

His new video is not promoting any drugs abuse, adding that he is not afraid of NDLEA and that, “Nothing will happen.”
