65-year-old transgender,Caitlyn Jenner rocked this lovely dress with tha the lovely hat to the Del Mar Racetrack Opening.

Cait who delivered a powerful speech while accepting the Arthur Ashe Courage Award on Wednesday may only have made a mistake when he/she overlooked that stilettos weren't the most functional shoes in that environment as her T-strap heels sunk into the dirt as she made her way around the Del Mar Racetrack opening.
