Buhari Fires all NNPC Group Executive Directors

President Muhammadu Buhari has fired all Group Executive Directors (GED) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

The sac which is with immediate effect affects eight executive directors of the coparation and came just a day after sacking the corporation’s managing director.
The Nation reports the sacked Group Executive Directors (GEDs) are
1. Ian Udoh, who was in charge of Refining & Petrochemicals;
2. Adebayo Ibirogba, who supervised Engineering and Technical; and
3. David Ige, in charge of Gas & Power.
Others are
4. Aisha Abdurrahman, who headed the Commerce & Investments directorate;
5. Dan Efebo, who was in charge of Corporate Services,
6. Attahiru Yusuf, the GED for Business Development and
7. Bernard Otti, head of Finance and Accounts.
8. Mr. Dawha, headed Exploration & Production unit in addition to being the GMD.
