Photos: Bin Laden’s Relations killed in UK Plane Crash

Osama bin Laden's stepmother Rajaa Hashim, half-sister Sana bin Laden, and his brother-in-law, Zuhair Hashim, were all killed in Hampshire on Friday,after a private jet owned by the family exploded into a fireball, Saudi Arabian embassy in the UK has said.


They had overshot a runway while trying to land outside London.
She was killed alongside their Jordanian pilot, Mazen Al Doaja, when their £7million Embraer Phenom 300 jet overshot the runway at Blackbushe airport friday afternoon.
Sana was known amongst Saudis as 'Mother of Orphans', a sign of high esteem in Arab societies.
She was a renowned philanthropist with an active role in supporting orphanages and sponsoring orphans in Saudi. She was the sister of the renowned businessman Saad bin Laden.
The Saudi ambassador in the UK, Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf Al Saud, offered condolences to the Bin Laden family.
The embassy said it was in contact with the British crash investigators.
The statement said:

“His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf Al Saud… has paid his condolences to the family and relatives of Mohammed bin Laden at Blackbushe airport in Britain for the great loss they have suffered as a result of the crash of the plane that was carrying the family.”

The embassy added that it was working with the British authorities to ensure the speedy handover of the bodies for funerals and burials in Saudi Arabia.
