The New born is reported to have been found along the Dibue road, Ikot Ekpene in Akwa Ibom State this afternoon. A lady after delivering this baby, put the baby in a polythene bag and dumped it by the road side.
An eye witness told LIB that he saw a lady in that area this afternoon but didn't know what she'd left behind until she'd gone. The baby was already dead before people noticed what was in the bag.
Some people can be so meeean!!!
