The Senate President, Bukola Saraki who was expected to appear before the Code of Conduct Tribunal court as proceedings progresses
today being the first day of his trial over false declaration of assets failed to show up.

According to reports, counsel to the Federal government, MS Hassan, asked the court to compel Saraki to appear before the court and also requested that he be arrested and brought to court.
