We Can’t Arrest Saraki - IGP

The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) headed by Justice Danladi Umar, had, in a ruling on Friday, ordered the IGP and other security agencies to arrest the country's number three citizen, Bukola Saraki,and produce him before it today (Monday) to face a 13-count charge bordering on false declaration of assets.

But the police yesterday said they were yet to receive a bench warrant to that effect.
Police Inspector General,Mr. Solomon Arase, while responding to a Sunday Vanguard inquiry said
“I am yet to see one”,
