Meanwhile,the Minister of state for Petroleum resources, Ibe Kachiukwu,Hours after he was announced Minister of State for Petroleum Resources,visited the Ministry of Petroleum Resources where he met with the Permanent Secretary and top management team.
Addressing them, Kachiukwu said efforts will be channeled to ensure that the working environment and perception of the ministry is changed.
