Former Tanzanian Revenue Authority boss, Harry Kitilya jail for corruption, money laundering and theft of public funds was pictured carrying a bucket of water in prison.
He's the one in front on a stripped shirt, God knows who/what he's waving at.

Mr Kitilya and other public figures were named in a 600 million US dollar bribery scandal involving London-based ICBC Standard Bank.
Harry Kitilya was chairman of EGMA, and also head of the government tax agency, the Tanzania Revenue Authority.
