The man pictured above was caught in a smart move to steal a lady's phone from her shop. According to the source he was apprehended on his way out of the lady's shop by someone who noticed his swift movement.

The 22 years old was caught, tied flogged and striped of his clothes but was whisked away from the scene by men of the police force who came in a few minutes later.
