Niger Delta Avengers have through their spokesperson, Brig.Gen Mudoch Agbinibo, written an open letter to former Niger Delta militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo aka Tompolo and the International community.
Asking whether they are witnessing the onslaught the Nigerian Army have unleashed on innocent citizens in their communities.
