Video: Cloned PVC Fails To Pass Card Reader Test In Port Harcourt

INEC today began testing card readers that would be used for accreditation on the March 28th General election in the 12 states spread across six geopolitical zones.
The device it was learned Read the cards as a case of a cloned card was reported as his card could not be read by the device. And he has also threatened to cause mayhem if he come on election day and his card is not read by the device.
