So Congolese minister for Posts Telecommunications, Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza got a little horny and decided to unwind in all places but his office. Lolxx!!
A video showing the Congolese minister stroking the proverbial monkey or rather masturbating has gone viral.
Mr Enock was seen unzipping his trousers in the four minutes, 27 seconds video,  and what follows suit; ...

After he is done, he uses a white piece of cloth to wipe himself and down it goes into a dustbin and resumes work.
All this happened in front of the official portrait of President Joseph Kabila and country’s National flag.
The National’s quickly, created a hastag #SebinezaMustGo which went viral. The President later succumbed to public pressure and fired the minister on 30th April 2016.
