Fani-Kayode who was on Friday invited by the agency later took to twitter to announce that his home had been surrounded by men from the commission even after promising he would make himself available for interrogation today Monday.
The former minister who recently said he was not on the run from the EFCC had earlier denied benefiting from the $2.1bn meant for arms purchase which is one of the reasons behind his invitation.
